I have crunched the numbers to build these market graphs.  They break down of all the activity of homes in the MLS search area of Coeur d'Alene. I included all single family homes from $400K and above.  I would be happy to share with you the search criteria that I used, and help you interpret the information on the graphs, just give me a call or fire off an email.

The graphs show that the homes that sold closed from 87% on the low end to 95% on the high end, of the listed price, depending on the price band. Generally, the higher the selling price, the lower the percentage of the listed price it sold for.

Average selling price per square foot ranged from $139.25/sq. ft. to $398.47/sq. ft., again depending on the price band.
